Introduction

Northeast Agricultural University is a public university established in 1948 and a public university located in  Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, China. The university is a Chinese Ministry of Education Double First-Class Discipline University, with Double First-Class status in particular disciplines. Also, It is among the Project 211 universities in China. The university has established cooperative relationships with more than 40 universities and research institutes.

Specialty

It contains 28052 students, 24157 are undergraduates, and 3690 are graduate students. As among the national key universities of China, the university has educated more than 200 thousand graduates. The university consists of 1544 full-time teachers, containing 312 professors and 452 associate professors; 712 have a Ph.D. degree, and 557 have a Master's degree. The university professors have outstanding achievements, including one member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE) and 171 doctoral supervisors. The university's research teams and professors have been awarded 30 national prizes of State Award for Natural Science, the State Award for Invention, and the National Prize for Progress in Technology and Science. Due to extraordinary contributions to the development of Heilongjiang Province, it has received many provincial prizes of 9 Outstanding Technological Benefits Awards, 3 Revitalizing Economic Awards, and 2 Prize of Contributions to Grain Production.

Scholarship Details

It provides a Chinese Government Scholarship to international students. The eligibility criteria for the Chinese Government Scholarship are, all applicants should be non-Chinese citizens.
