Norway offers Fully Funded Scholarships for International
Students. According to World Meters, it is the richest and most powerful
Country in Northern Europe, with a population of 5.5 million. OSLO is the

provides many scholarships to international students.

The High North Fellowship Program provides scholarships for Canadian, Japanese, Russian, South Korean, and American students studying in Northern Norway.
