1. Türkiye Burslari Scholarship

Türkiye Burslari Scholarship is designed by the Turkish Government, offering fully-funded scholarships for bachelor's, master's, and Ph.D. students. These students can gain this outstanding opportunity by applying for it on their official website. All of the Pakistani students are eligible for this scholarship and they can apply for it. The main purpose of this scholarship is to maintain good relations with Pakistan in terms of trading and also to promote education.

Türkiye Burslari Scholarship is a competitive scholarship program for all international students. Students with excellent grades only can apply for this scholarship because it will increase their chances of getting the scholarship. 

Documents that are required to apply for this scholarship include previous academic records and a student's passport or ID card. Proof of English language proficiency IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, and GRE is not required for this scholarship. This scholarship gives health insurance, language courses, accommodation, and monthly allowance for the students. The monthly stipend for bachelor’s students is 700 TL while for master’s costs about 950 TL per month. And for Ph.D. students, it costs around 1400 TL per month.

2. TUBITAK Scholarship for International Students

TUBITAK (The Scientific and Technological Research Council) scholarship is for master's and Ph.D. degrees. This scholarship covers health insurance, and travel costs, and gives a monthly stipend of 2500TL to graduate students. The Scholarship is not for those students who are already in the process of any other scholarships in Turkey.

Eligibility criteria are that the students must be 30 years old for a master's degree and 35 years old for a Ph.D., and a blue card holder that allows non-EU students to stay, study, and work in a European country. Masters and doctorate students should register and enroll themselves in Turkish universities to get this scholarship. This scholarship covers four years for a doctorate and two years for a master's degree.

Documents that are required for this scholarship include a CV, motivation letter, recommendation letter, IELTS/TOEFL/GRE, Transcripts of previous degrees, passport, and application form filled out on the online portal. All of these documents must be translated into English or Turkish. 

3. KHAS Scholarships

KHAS scholarship is offered by Kadir Has University which is a research university in Istanbul. This university is famous for its quality education and innovations in different research fields. This university offers this scholarship for bachelor's, master's, and doctorate students. This university provides scholarships to international students to minimize the burden of tuition fees. This scholarship covers a 25%-100% tuition fee waiver. KHAS scholarship is based on the student's academic performance. There is no need to apply separately for this scholarship. Students must maintain a CGPA of 1.8 every year to get the benefit of this scholarship. English language proficiency IELTS/TOEFL/GRE test score is required for masters and Ph.D. students.

4. Koc University Scholarship

Koc University provides fully funded scholarships to international students. Koc University Scholarship is a merit-based scholarship program. The scholarship is available for bachelor's, master's, and Ph.D. programs which provides partial or full tuition fee discounts to international students. IELTS is not required in Koc University.

The eligibility criteria for this scholarship are that the student should not be a Turkish citizen, and have no other involvement in any scholarship program from the other Turkish universities. Eligible degrees for this scholarship are engineering, social sciences, and medicine programs. Students will get this scholarship based on their academic grades. The tuition fee waiver is awarded for the full duration of the undergraduate degree program. 

5. Bilkent University Scholarship

Bilkent University offers partial or fully funded scholarships to international students. Bilkent University scholarship is one of the best scholarships in Turkey. The scholarship is specially designed for Pakistani students who are financially unstable. IELTS is required with a minimum score of 6.5.

Bilkent University provides tuition fee waivers at five levels ranging from 20% to 100% discounts with increments of 20%. The tuition fee waiver scholarship duration is 10 semesters for an undergraduate degree program. Students who are on tuition fee waiver Scholarships can also get accommodation scholarships. Students can benefit from accommodation scholarships for up to 8 semesters.

6. Istanbul Aydin University Scholarship

Istanbul Aydin University gives partial tuition fee coverage to international students. Students with a CGPA of 2.50 can avail of this scholarship. This scholarship is for both undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

TOEFL is required with a score of 79 from students who do not belong to an English-speaking country. If students do not have a TOEFL then they should pass the English proficiency test that will be held in the university. Dates for this exam will be announced on the university's official website. Documents that are required for this scholarship include transcripts of previous degrees, a cover letter, and a reference letter. Students who will be selected for this scholarship get a 15% tuition fee discount and an exemption of 15 USD from the application fee.

7. Bogazici University Scholarship

This scholarship is offered by Bogazici University which provides scholarships to Pakistani students in post-graduate degrees. Partner universities (Graduate Institute Geneva, Yenching Academy of Peking University) with Bogazici University provide scholarships to international students who want to do master's and Ph.D. programs.

Bogazici University requires IELTS with a minimum score of 6.5. This scholarship covers partial or full tuition fees, gives a grant of 1000 Euros, and accommodation costs. Only postgraduate students can apply for this scholarship. 

8. Üsküdar University Scholarship

The Üsküdar University provides fully or partially funded scholarships for international students to help students build their better careers. This scholarship is for international students who want to pursue undergraduate and postgraduate studies in Turkey. This university offers a Preference Scholarship and the first five will get both partial or full coverage tuition fees based on University Preference on the OSYM (Student Selection and Placement Center) guide. This scholarship covers partial or full tuition fee exemption and gives a monthly stipend of 1000TL. Both undergraduate and postgraduate students can apply for this scholarship. IELTS is not compulsory to get this scholarship.

9. Sabanci University Scholarship

This scholarship is offered by Sabanci University for bachelor's studies. Full scholarships include a tuition fee discount of 25-100% for undergraduate degree programs. The student must not have any other scholarship. Documents that are required to get this scholarship include transcripts of previous degrees, reference letters, and additional certificates. The scholarship committee may ask students for additional documents. This committee will review students' applications and select them on a merit basis. Students must submit their applications and documents earlier because competition is very high.

10. CoHE Scholarship for International Students

The Turkish Council of Higher Education (CoHE) provides scholarships for undergraduate and postgraduate degree programs. Students from different countries who signed a protocol with the Turkish Council of Higher Education can apply for this scholarship. This scholarship has several benefits like tuition fees, a scholarship amount of 800TL for undergraduate students, and 1400TL for postgraduate students. This scholarship also covers health insurance, Turkish language fees, and accommodation fees.
