Proof of English language proficiency IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, and GRE is not required for this scholarship. This scholarship gives health insurance, language courses, accommodation, and monthly allowance for the students. The monthly stipend for bachelor’s students is 700 TL while for master’s costs about 950 TL per month. And for Ph.D. students, it costs around 1400 TL per month.

2. TUBITAK Scholarship for International Students

TUBITAK (The Scientific and Technological Research Council) scholarship is for master's and Ph.D. degrees. This scholarship covers health insurance, and travel costs, and gives a monthly stipend of 2500TL to graduate students. The Scholarship is not for those students who are already in the process of any other scholarships in Turkey.

Eligibility criteria are that the students must be 30 years old for a master's degree and 35 years old for a Ph.D., and a blue card holder that allows non-EU students to stay, study, and work in a European country. Masters and doctorate students should register and enroll themselves in Turkish universities to get this scholarship. This scholarship covers four years for a doctorate and two years for a master's degree.

Documents that are required for this scholarship include a CV, motivation letter, recommendation letter, IELTS/TOEFL/GRE, Transcripts of previous degrees, passport, and application form filled out on the online portal. All of these documents must be translated into English or Turkish. 

3. KHAS Scholarships

4. Koc University Scholarship

The scholarship is available for bachelor's, master's, and Ph.D. programs which provides partial or full tuition fee discounts to international students. IELTS is not required in Koc University.

The eligibility criteria for this scholarship are that the student should not be a Turkish citizen, and have no other involvement in any scholarship program from the other Turkish universities. 5. Bilkent University Scholarship

Bilkent University offers partial or fully funded scholarships to international students. Bilkent University scholarship is one of the best scholarships in Turkey. The scholarship is specially designed for Pakistani students who are financially unstable. IELTS is required with a minimum score of 6.5.

Bilkent University provides tuition fee waivers at five levels ranging from 20% to 100% discounts with increments of 20%. The tuition fee waiver scholarship duration is 10 semesters for an undergraduate degree program. Students who are on tuition fee waiver Scholarships can also get accommodation scholarships. Students can benefit from accommodation scholarships for up to 8 semesters.

6. Istanbul Aydin University Scholarship

TOEFL is required with a score of 79 from students who do not belong to an English-speaking country. If students do not have a TOEFL then they should pass the English proficiency test that will be held in the university. 7. Bogazici University Scholarship

9. Sabanci University Scholarship

This scholarship is offered by Sabanci University for bachelor's studies. Full scholarships include a tuition fee discount of 25-100% for undergraduate degree programs. The student must not have any other scholarship. Documents that are required to get this scholarship include transcripts of previous degrees, reference letters, and additional certificates. The scholarship committee may ask students for additional documents.
