Rotary selects up to 130 nondiscriminatory global leaders in peace and development to undertake a fully funded academic fellowship to study for a Professional Development Certificate Program or a Master's degree Program in peace and conflict resolution and prevention at one of the participating peace centers worldwide: USA, Japan, UK, Australia, Sweden, and Uganda. Rotary selects up to 130 global leaders in peace and development every year to receive fully-funded academic fellowships to study for a Professional Development Certificate Program or a Master's Degree Program in peace and conflict resolution and prevention at one of the participating peace centers globally: USA, Japan, UK, Australia, Sweden, and Uganda.

Fellowships cannot be awarded to study at a Rotary Peace Center in the home country, except for candidates from Uganda who can attend the center at Makerere University.

Eligibility

Applicants to the Rotary Peace Fellowship are professionals who have experience in and a demonstrated commitment to international development, peace and conflict studies, and prevention and resolution. Applicants must also meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Three years of related work experience for the master's degree program.
• For the certificate program, the candidate shall have five years of relevant work experience.
• The candidate must also show how your proposal to promote peace aligns with Rotary's goal
• Must have a bachelor's degree
• Be fluent in English
• Must demonstrate leadership qualities

The applicant should be deeply committed to intercultural understanding and peace illustrated by academic and professional achievements as well as voluntary service to community or individual purposes.

2. KTH scholarships

Every year, a limited number of KTH Scholarships are awarded based on academic excellence to students who have applied for a Master's program at KTH as the first choice and who are required to pay tuition fees. There are more KTH scholarships:

Eligibility

• Candidates should be citizens of a country outside of the EU/EEA and Switzerland.
• The applicant should show academic ability and motivation to learn in a classroom.
• The Uppsala University Global Scholarship can only be awarded for the master's program that the Candidate has selected as a priority, i.e., the highest ranked of four master's programs specified by the candidate through University Admissions.
• The application for a master's program must have been submitted before the University Admission deadline.
• Applicants must have applied for the Master's program before the University Admission deadline and be qualified for this particular Master's program.
• This application fee and all of your supporting materials must arrive at University Admissions before the deadline.

4. Linnaeus University scholarships

Annually, Linnaeus University grants scholarships to deserving students from Switzerland and non-EU/EEA nations.
