Latvia Government Scholarship is a Fully Funded Scholarship for Pakistani Students. The eligibility criteria are that students must complete a previous degree, be international students, and not win any other scholarship. The IELTS is not required to apply for this Scholarship. If you have IELTS, then it is a good option for You.
